Privacy Policy
The short version
We run a simple marketing website. It has no contact forms, logins, or checkout, so there is nothing for you to fill out here and nothing we collect from you directly on the page.
We use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool to understand basic traffic, which is why you won't see a cookie banner. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
When you book a call, you do that through our scheduling provider and share your details directly with us. Anything you tell us about your business during an assessment or engagement, we keep confidential. The full detail is below.

This website is operated by Joint Lab Ventures LLC, which does business as Joint Lab Solutions ("Joint Lab Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"), led by Tyson Crane. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and the choices you have. You can reach us any time at hello@jointlabsolutions.com.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to our website at jointlabsolutions.com and to the way we handle information when you book a call or work with us. It does not cover websites we link to but don't control, such as our scheduling provider or our LinkedIn page, which have their own privacy policies.
Information we collect
Because our website has no forms, we don't collect anything from you directly through the page itself. We do, however, handle a small amount of information in the following ways:
Automatically, when you visit
Like virtually every website, ours processes limited technical information when a page loads. Our analytics provider and our hosting provider may handle data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and a general, approximate location derived from your IP address. Our analytics is cookieless and is designed not to identify you personally, build a profile of you, or track you across other websites.
When you book a call
Scheduling is handled by our booking provider. When you reserve a time, you provide details such as your name, email address, and any notes you choose to add. Our provider collects this on our behalf and passes it to us so we can confirm and prepare for the conversation.
When you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name, and whatever you include in your message.
When you work with us
During a free assessment, an Opportunity Sprint, or a build engagement, you may share information about your business, operations, processes, and plans. We treat this as confidential, as described below.
How we use information
We use the limited information we handle to:
- operate, secure, and improve our website;
- understand overall, aggregate traffic patterns;
- respond to your questions and schedule conversations;
- prepare for and deliver the services you ask us for;
- meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising or to build marketing profiles.
Service providers we use
We rely on a small set of established providers to run the site and deliver our work. Each processes data under its own terms. They currently include:
- Netlify — hosts the website and keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses.
- Cloudflare — provides cookieless Web Analytics for basic, privacy-friendly traffic measurement, and helps secure the site.
- Cal.com — powers appointment scheduling and collects the booking details you submit.
- Microsoft 365 — sends and receives email at hello@jointlabsolutions.com.
- AI and large-language-model providers — when we deliver an engagement, we may use established AI providers to help carry out the work. We use them under commercial terms that prohibit using your data to train their models, and we keep a current list available on request.
This list may change as our tools evolve. When it does, we'll update this page.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes described here, or as required by law. Analytics data is retained by our provider on a limited basis. Booking details and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to communicate with you and deliver our services.
How we protect it
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we handle and work with reputable providers who do the same. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to safeguard your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Confidentiality of client information
Information you share with us about your business — your processes, plans, and anything else you tell us during an assessment or engagement — stays confidential. We use it to do the work you've asked for. We don't disclose it to anyone outside Joint Lab Solutions except the service providers needed to deliver that work — which may include the AI providers described above, used under terms that keep your data confidential and out of model training — or as you direct us. We also take into account any confidentiality or compliance requirements specific to your business or industry. Formal engagements may be covered by a separate agreement or non-disclosure agreement, which sets out these protections in more detail and governs alongside this policy.
Your choices and rights
Because our analytics is cookieless and minimal, there's little to opt out of, but you can always limit data collection using your browser's privacy settings or content blockers. Our site doesn't track you across other sites, so we treat your visit the same whether or not your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to not be treated differently for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information, so there is no "sale" for you to opt out of. To make a request, email us at hello@jointlabsolutions.com and we'll respond as required by applicable law.
Links to other sites
Our website links to outside services, including our scheduling provider and our LinkedIn page. Once you leave our site, the privacy practices of those services apply, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information. We encourage you to review their policies.
Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and the people who run them, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Where your data is processed
Joint Lab Ventures LLC (doing business as Joint Lab Solutions) is based in Utah, United States, and our providers may process and store information in the United States. If you visit our site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
